 Enrolment | | As the number of participants is limited, the enrolments will be closed as soon as this number is reached. As soon as the enrolment form and the payment have reached us, your enrolment is accepted and it will be confirmed. |

 Contribution | 230,00 € have to be paid in on our account I.N.G. nr. 340/1808400/67 IBAN : BE 93 3401 8084 0067 code BIC : BBRUBEBB of «LA MARCHE PARIS-TUBIZE » In case the enrolment is cancelled by registered post before april 15th, the full amount will be refunded. If you cancel after this date but before the may 05th, 70,00 € will be deducted to cover our organisation expenses. In all other cases refund is not possible. The price includes all meals as starting from Friday morning. It is recommended to bring your own luncheon for Thursday evening. Are also included. All costs concerning care, transport, lodgings, reward etc…. |

 Meeting | On Thursday the 29th may, at 15.00 hours at the latest, in “STADE LEBURTON” Rue reine Astrid, in Tubize The busses must leave at 16.00 hours punctually. |
|
 Luggage | | Each participant is entitled to 2 pieces of luggage : one containing a sleeping bag and one containing personal belongings, of which the weight must not exceed 15 KG. Both these bags will be transported from one sleeping-place to the other. Moreover, twice per half stage en also at noon, participants have the disposal of a few personal belongings they have previously put in a bag, handed out by the organizers. |

 Lodgings | Sleeping accommodation is provided for in gymnasiums or in schoolrooms. . The walkers must bring their own campbed or air bed. An airpump will be provided in the room. |
|
 Course | The walk is subdivided in 4 stages of between 60 and 80 km. At the beginning of each half stage all participants start together in a group. As soon as the permission is given from the organizers' car, everyone can continue at his own pace. |
|
 Walking pace | Although the walking pace in Paris-Tubize is free, there must be no competition and a large amount of solidarity with the slowest is expected. In accordance with the spirit of the walk, we ask the participants not to run the last ten kilometres (from Braine le Comte to Tubize) at top speed. |
|
 Checkpoints | | On the way, at regular intervals, participants are waited for by a car with a physiotherapist or a chiropodist by whom they can be attended to. Food and drink will also be available. The distance between checkpoints is based on an average pace of 6,5 km per hour. Participants who walk faster risk to arrive at the checkpoint before its opening. |

 Care | In addition to the checkpoints, medical care is available in the morning, at noon and in the evening. The place where it is provided for has been chosen by the organizers and has to be conscientiously respected. Certain hygienic standards have to be observed, such as clean clothes, clean feet, etc… A doctor will be at your disposal. |
|
 Hygiene | | Owing to Hygienic and ecologic reasons, the walker must have a drinking cup. He'Il use it at each stop, and it'il be possible to rinse it at every lunch stop. |
|
 Discipline | Starting procedures and starting times have to be strictly observed. The latter can be changed for reasons of organization. Traffic regulations have absolutely to be observed. In all circumstances participants must be decently dressed. Installations put at the participants' disposal should be handled with care. Participants must behave politely and correctly towards the organizers' staff, who are doing their utmost to please them. Remember that all staff members are volunteers. The dorsal number handed out by the organizers, should be worn visibly We highly recommend you to waer a fluorescent jacket, especially by night. Participants have to accept the organizers' decisions. |

 Giving up | | The organizers will take care of the participants who unfortunately have to give up, either by bringing them back to Tubize if possible, or by taking them along, so they can join the walk later on if they wish. |
|
 Cheating | | Whoever renders oneself guilty of fraud, of any kind, will be punished by exclusion. |
|
 Health | | It is recommended to take your doctor's advice before enrolling and to observe his advice. Anyone who needs special attention is requested to mention this on the enrolment form, so we can pass this information on confidentially to the physician who will be on the spot. |
|
 Reward | | Each participant who has completed the walk successfully will receive a certificate, a badge and a memorial plate, in an order laid down by the organizers. |
|
 Insurance | | It is recommended to make sure that one is covered by insurance, either through one's own association or individually, and that the health insurance also covers a stay abroad. |
|
 Accompanying cars | We advise against accompanying walkers by cars other than the organizers', although we are understanding of the fact that relatives and friends are concerned with the walker's behalf and that their visit can mean a moral support to him/her. Visitors are requested not to come until Sunday afternoon, not to hinder the walk's course and to avoid personal controls, which are well-intentioned, but result in a loss of time for the participant, who thus loses part of his/her recovery time. They can by no means claim any right to interfere with the organisation. |

 Arrival at Tubize | For those who want, sleeping facilities are available for Monday evening, If so, please let us know by mentioning it on your enrolment form.
